In September 2019 I submitted feedback to Jon Freier about being more inclusive and T-Mobile. I suggested we have the ability to add our pronouns to our name badges and those who desire to add their pronouns to their email signatures. Check out this article for more information on this.

In June of 2020, I was nominated, interviewed, and selected to represent T-Mobile in a social commercial for "ATTN:". This discussion was on the cusp of the country's civil unrest that led us into #Pride2020.
TOPs is a rotational experience for frontline employees within the Product and Technology (P&T) organization. Participants are a team of high-performing employees from both Care and Retail who join a team within P&T for a period of six months. TOPs works directly with key business owners and leadership across the enterprise to provide insight, expertise, and ideas on how we can improve the customer experience. Complete integration into the role of Product Champion at HQ to gain skill development, relationship building, and networking using an innovative approach.
I was asked to be on the inaugural episodes of our "Values In Action Champions" podcast along with Deeanne King. April's theme was "Never Stop Growing". This interview is internal to T-Mobile employees and can be found on T-Nation.

I completed my Masters in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Career Ride-Alongs let colleagues test drive their dream careers in an immersive experience, networking, job shadowing, and spending 1:1 time with the team they aspire to work in. This is a 3-day in-person experience with speaker events, social hours, plenty of time for job shadowing, networking, chatting with our selected “dream” team, and exploring the Bellevue/Seattle and Kansas City/Overland Park area. I was selected to travel to our HQ in Kansas City.
I earned my PMP. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, teaching me so much about myself and the intricacies of effective project management. I am deeply grateful for the support and encouragement I received.
